About this template

The race officer's official file for a dinghy and keelboat sailing club. Every course set against the conditions recorded, every start signalled and timed to the second, every recall and penalty logged, every protest heard inside its time limit: the season programme and race diary, courses and mark laying, the start line and the start sequence, the signals and recalls log, entries and the handicap register, results and scoring with discards, handicap returns, protests, hearings and redress, safety cover and the duty roster, incidents and retirements, plus a sailor portal and the race office's own board.
