You can change the email you use to sign in to Overskill yourself. You don't need to contact support.
Steps
- Open the account menu and click Your Profile, then open the Security tab.
- Enter your new address in Email address and save.
- Click the confirmation link we send to the new address. Your login email changes only after that.
If it asks for a current password
If your account has no password yet, the Security tab says Set a password and won't ask for a current one. Enter your new email there; you can set a password at the same time. If it does ask for a current password and you don't know it, sign out, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen to set one, then come back to Your Profile → Security.
Before you change it
- Don't sign in with the new address first. Signing in with a code sent to an address that has no account creates a separate Overskill account for it, and then you can't move your login to it.
- The new address can't already have its own Overskill account. Choose an unused address, or keep your current login.
ClickFunnels users
Updating your login email in ClickFunnels changes only your ClickFunnels login. Your Overskill login email stays the same until you change it here.
