AI agent file edits now complete reliably without errors

When your AI agent writes or deletes files inside your app, the changes now go through correctly every time. Previously, a successful change could still return an error, making it hard to tell if the action worked.

  • AI agent file writes and deletes now confirm success clearly instead of showing a confusing error
  • Your automations that manage app files will run more reliably end-to-end

Billing status now shows correctly in your settings

Your settings page was incorrectly showing "No active subscription" to users who had an active plan, causing confusion and unnecessary support requests. It now reflects your real subscription status accurately.

  • Active plan holders will now see their correct plan name and status
  • No more false "Free" badge appearing when you're on a paid plan
  • Billing settings can be trusted as an accurate source of truth

Buttons no longer show a focus ring on mouse clicks

Buttons across the app were displaying a distracting green focus outline whenever you clicked them with a mouse. They now only show the focus ring when navigating by keyboard, which is the correct and intended behaviour.

  • Cleaner, less cluttered look when clicking buttons with a mouse
  • Keyboard navigation still shows clear focus indicators for accessibility
  • Affects preview and edit buttons throughout the app builder

Paying customers no longer bounced to the purchase screen

Apps with a paid-access gate were incorrectly redirecting buyers — even customers with an active purchase — to the payment page every time. That's fixed: paying customers now land directly in your app as expected.

  • Customers who already bought access to your app can now open it without being wrongly redirected to the purchase page
  • Paid-access gates now correctly recognise active purchases in real time
  • No action needed — your existing apps pick this up automatically

Link previews now show your app's image on Facebook, Slack & iMessage

When you share your app link, the preview image now appears correctly on Facebook, Slack, iMessage, X, and other platforms. No more broken or missing thumbnails when your link gets shared.

  • App links shared on Facebook now show the correct preview image
  • Slack, iMessage, and X unfurls display your image as expected
  • No changes needed on your end — existing apps are automatically fixed

Cleaner, sharper controls across the app builder

Forms, toggles, dropdowns, and input fields have been refreshed with a polished new look — everything feels more consistent and professional as you build. Colors, spacing, and highlights now render crisply in both light and dark modes.

  • Input fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and toggles all share a unified, refined style
  • Dark mode no longer shows a blue tint on placeholder text — greys look truly neutral now
  • Dropdown menus and selection highlights are cleanly inset with smooth, rounded edges

Apple Pay purchases now complete without getting stuck

Buyers who paid with Apple Pay in your app were sometimes left stranded on the pricing page even after a successful payment. They're now moved forward automatically, just like any other payment method.

  • Apple Pay checkouts now reliably advance buyers to the next step after payment
  • No more confused customers stuck on the pricing page after a successful charge
  • Works consistently alongside card payments and other checkout methods

Error pages got a fresh, polished new look

When something goes wrong in your app, visitors now see a clean, modern error screen instead of the old dated design. Every error state — from lost connections to unavailable pages — has been updated.

  • All error screens now match OverSkill's latest visual design
  • Visitors get a clearer, more professional experience if something goes wrong
  • Consistent look across every possible error state your app can show

Credit allowances now explained correctly in your app

A misleading label told buyers their credits never refill — that was wrong. Your app now correctly shows that included credits reset each billing period, while making clear that top-ups are never charged automatically.

  • Buyers see accurate credit balance information on their account cards
  • No more confusion about whether credits carry over or reset
  • The distinction between automatic resets and automatic charges is now clear

Purchases now correctly linked to the buyer who paid

When a buyer used 'Sign in with Apple' and checked out, their purchase could end up unlinked from their account. That's fixed — every order now attaches to the right person, no matter how they signed in.

  • Orders are correctly assigned even when a buyer's sign-in email differs from their payment email
  • Works seamlessly with 'Sign in with Apple' and other login methods
  • No more lost or orphaned purchases in your app

Push notifications now work reliably alongside app updates

Apps with push notifications and automatic update support were conflicting behind the scenes, which could cause one or both to stop working. Both now run together without interfering.

  • Push notifications and app update checks no longer cancel each other out
  • PWA-powered apps behave more reliably on mobile and desktop
  • No changes needed on your end — existing apps are automatically fixed

Reply-to email on order confirmations now goes to you, not OverSkill

When a buyer hits 'reply' on their order confirmation email, that message now lands in your inbox — not OverSkill's support address. Set your own reply-to email per app so your buyers always reach you directly.

  • Set a custom reply-to email address for every app you run
  • Buyers who reply to order confirmations reach you, not a generic support inbox
  • Your sender name and reply-to can be configured independently per app

Invite emails now actually send from every path that issues a code

In some cases, invite codes were being created but the email to the recipient was never sent — meaning invitees had no idea they'd been invited. All invite paths now reliably deliver the notification.

  • Invitees always receive their invite email, regardless of how the code was generated
  • Expiry reminders now send as expected so codes don't silently expire
  • No more lost invites that looked successful on your end

Support tickets now see image attachments sent by email

When a user emailed a screenshot to your support inbox, the AI couldn't see it — it was being discarded silently. Images attached to emails are now fully ingested so your support AI can read and respond to them.

  • Screenshots and images emailed to your support inbox are now visible to the AI
  • Support responses can now reference what the user actually sent
  • No more invisible attachments on email-based support tickets

Custom domain email setup no longer gives impossible instructions

Some domain configurations caused the custom email sender setup to generate DNS records that could never actually be added — leaving creators stuck with instructions that couldn't work. This is now detected and handled correctly upfront.

  • Custom email sender setup now works reliably for all supported domain configurations
  • No more dead-end DNS instructions that couldn't be followed
  • Domain verification guides you to a working setup from the start
