ClickFunnels AI gets its own help articles
The ClickFunnels AI in-app assistant now answers from a dedicated library of getting-started articles written specifically for ClickFunnels AI — so you get answers that match your product, not someone else's. No more mixing up features or workflows from a different tool.
- Five getting-started articles now live inside ClickFunnels AI support — covering what it is and how it relates to ClickFunnels
- The assistant now knows which product you're using and keeps answers scoped to it
- OverSkill-only content stays out of ClickFunnels AI answers, and vice versa
Promo codes now work reliably at checkout
Word-based promo codes like FOUNDING50 were being silently ignored during checkout confirmation. They now apply correctly every time.
- Discount codes entered on your dashboard now carry through to the final payment step
- No more missed discounts for your customers at the moment they pay
Promo codes now show your real discounted price before you pay
When you apply a promo code, you'll instantly see the actual discounted price confirmed on screen — no more guessing whether your code worked until after checkout. Invalid codes are flagged immediately too.
- Enter a promo code and see the real discounted total right away, before you hit Pay
- Invalid codes are rejected on the spot with a clear reason — no silent failures
- Already-published apps now receive promo pricing correctly, even if they launched before the code was applied
Support chat now sets honest expectations every time
In some cases, the in-app support assistant was promising a human would follow up when one hadn't actually been assigned. That mismatch is fixed — the assistant now only confirms a handoff when it has actually happened.
- Your customers get accurate, trustworthy updates when escalating to a real person
- No more situations where a human is promised but never arrives
Build credits display accurately and the Upgrade prompt shows once
If you still have credits available, your build will no longer be incorrectly paused. The Upgrade prompt also now appears cleanly once — with a working button — only when you actually need it.
- Builds with remaining credits continue without interruption
- Credit count in the header always reflects your real balance
- The Upgrade prompt appears once, with a working button, only when credits run out
Paused builds are now clearly visible in the editor
If your build pauses mid-way — for example when credits run low — the editor now shows that clearly instead of continuing to display active-build indicators. You'll always know the true state of your project.
- Paused builds now update all status indicators at once, so there's no conflicting information on screen
- The urgency banner and task progress card both reflect the pause state simultaneously
- Particularly noticeable on mobile, where screen space is limited
