No more duplicate workspaces after hackathon sign-up

Creators who joined a hackathon and already had a free workspace no longer end up with two separate workspaces and a confusing Upgrade prompt. You land in the right place, every time.

  • Hackathon sign-up now drops you straight into your existing workspace instead of creating a duplicate
  • The stray Upgrade button that appeared in the wrong workspace is gone
  • A cleaner starting point means you can jump into building immediately
