Build Arcade credits now reward you reliably

Credits earned through Build Arcade were silently not being awarded — that's fixed. Rewards you've earned by playing now show up in your account as expected.

  • Arcade credit rewards now fire correctly every time you qualify
  • No action needed — rewards will start appearing as you play

"Build failed" emails no longer fire when it's not your fault

Occasional false-alarm "Build failed" notification emails — triggered by routine background maintenance on our end, not anything wrong with your app — have been suppressed. You'll only hear from us when there's something you can actually act on.

  • No more confusing failure emails when your app is perfectly fine
  • Real build errors still notify you right away

AI model picker shows clearer cost & capability badges

When choosing an AI model, you'll now see consistent $ signs for cost and a simple 1–5 intelligence rating — making it easier to pick the right model for your budget and needs without decoding technical labels.

  • $ signs show relative credit cost at a glance ($ = lightest, $$$$$ = heaviest)
  • Intelligence rating lets you quickly compare model capability
  • Consistent badges across every model in the picker

Buying credits on iPhone now works with a single tap

iPhone and iPad users can now tap the credits button and have it open reliably. A bug was causing the menu to flash open and immediately close on touch devices.

  • Tapping the credits button on mobile now opens the purchase screen as expected
  • No more frustrating 'nothing happens' experience on touch screens

Your app's icon now shows up correctly, everywhere

Apps published to custom domains now display their own icon instead of a generic placeholder. You can also refresh a stale icon at any time without republishing your entire app.

  • Your branded icon appears correctly on custom domains — no more generic placeholders
  • Stale or outdated icons can be refreshed without a full republish
  • Icon display is now consistent whether your app is public or login-protected

Kimi K3 (Moonshot AI) now works in model comparisons

Kimi K3 was silently failing during AI generation and model comparison runs — it now works reliably. You can include it in side-by-side tests to see how it stacks up against other models for your projects.

  • Kimi K3 can now be used in model comparison runs without crashing
  • Bring your own Moonshot AI key and route requests directly through your account
  • No more silent failures mid-generation when using this model

Your app now lands you in the right team every time

If you work across multiple teams, OverSkill now remembers the last team you were using and takes you straight back to it — instead of always defaulting to your first team.

  • No more being dropped into the wrong team after logging in
  • Picks up exactly where you left off when switching between team workspaces

Bring-your-own-domain SSL setup no longer gets stuck

If you connected your own domain and saw 'Provisioning SSL certificate' forever, you can now see exactly what DNS record to add and manually trigger a recheck — so you're never left waiting with no way forward.

  • The exact DNS record you need to add is now shown clearly on the domain setup screen
  • A 'Check SSL now' button lets you trigger verification the moment you've made the DNS change
  • Apex domains (e.g. yourbrand.com) no longer get permanently stuck during SSL setup

Custom domain setup no longer looks stuck after finishing

After completing the automatic DNS setup flow, the domain panel now correctly shows your propagation status instead of looping back to the setup picker as if nothing happened.

  • The domain panel advances to the right step after automatic setup completes
  • No more confusing loop back to 'Set up automatically / Set up manually' after you're done
  • 'Check now' button gives you a real, visible result instead of silently reverting

App deployments no longer fail during routine platform updates

Previously, if OverSkill updated its own infrastructure while your app was being deployed, your deploy would be marked as failed and you'd have to request it again. Now it resumes automatically.

  • Deploys that were in progress during a platform update now complete successfully
  • No more unexplained 'outcome unknown' failures requiring a manual retry
  • Your apps reach live faster and more reliably

Help links in the domain setup panel actually work now

Links to provider-specific DNS help inside the custom domain setup modal were pointing to a page that didn't exist. They now take you to the correct live help articles.

  • Provider help links in the DNS setup modal now open real, working pages
  • No more dead links or 'page not found' errors when looking for setup guidance

Uploading large files now fails fast with a clear message

Previously, uploading an oversized document would let you submit the message, spin for a while, and then fail after wasting your time and credits. Now the check happens at upload time so you know immediately.

  • Oversized file attachments are caught before your request is processed
  • No credits are spent on a turn that was going to fail anyway
  • You get a clear error right away instead of a confusing spinner

Renaming your app no longer breaks the editor layout

Changing your app's name inside the editor settings could cause the canvas, toolbar, and preview to disappear — leaving only the chat panel. This is now fixed and the editor stays intact.

  • Renaming your app no longer collapses the editor into a broken single-panel view
  • No more need to do a hard refresh just to get your editor layout back

Special characters in your app's data no longer cause crashes

Content containing characters like © or other non-standard symbols — common in pasted or scraped text — would sometimes crash data read and write operations inside your app. This is now handled gracefully.

  • Reading, inserting, updating, and searching records with special characters now works reliably
  • No more silent failures when your app's database contains copy-pasted or imported content

Whop checkout 'Plan not found' error on launch is fixed

Apps using Whop for payments were intermittently showing a 'couldn't load checkout' error that cleared on refresh — especially noticeable right after launch or when multiple people opened the app at once. This no longer happens.

  • Whop-powered checkout pages load reliably on first visit
  • Launch-day traffic spikes no longer trigger intermittent payment errors
  • Customers on shared networks or devices are no longer incorrectly rate-limited
