The signature screen
The Accession Register is the foundational interface, displaying every sheet as a dense row of metadata: accession number, current determination with author citation, family, collector, collecting number, locality with elevation and coordinate precision, preparation details, cabinet-range-shelf-folder position, condition grade, and hard flags indicating the sheet's status and research significance. It integrates with the type register, determination history, and loan ledger to give staff and researchers a complete, at-a-glance view of any specimen's provenance and current location.
Who it's for
University herbarium staff managing collections curation, loan administration and condition monitoring, and researchers needing to search the catalogue, request loans, schedule visits and download citations.
